What is HOVIX?

Hosting-panel HOVIX is a powerful tool for automation hosting based on Proxmox virtualization platform.

It helps to organize a professional hosting on your own servers just in minutes!

Your clients will be able to autorize in the panel and oder a virtual machine with necessary resources.

Your operators will immediately recieve an order, check it and create on its basis VM with necessary software with a few clicks. Then users can manage VMs.

System automatically installs popular software (including web-servers and CMS) and updates it.


Currently the panel works with Proxmox. But in a nearest future we are planning to use Ovirt, Cloudstack and Openstack too.

What is Proxmox?

Proxmox Virtual Environment (Proxmox VE) — Proxmox VE is a complete open source server virtualization management software.

It is based on KVM virtualization and container-based virtualization and manages KVM virtual machines, Linux containers (LXC), storage, virtualized networks, and HA clusters.

The key feature - is High-Availability cluster.

High-availability clusters (also known as HA clusters or fail-over clusters) are groups of computers that support server applications that can be reliably utilized with a minimum of down-time. They operate by using high availability software to harness redundant computers in groups or clusters that provide continued service when system components fail. Without clustering, if a server running a particular application crashes, the application will be unavailable until the crashed server is fixed. HA clustering remedies this situation by detecting hardware/software faults, and immediately restarting the application on another system without requiring administrative intervention, a process known as failover.
